Handles allow you to turn a cooking pan into a serving vessel. Vessels are designed to nest so without handles you can get 23 items in a cookware drawer versus 6 to 7 with conventional cookware. Handles are secure and will not come off without unlocking the patented handle mechanism.
The Walnut handle is not dishwasher safe. Do not place in broiler or microwave.
